They're not buzzwords, they're intangibles. They're what Joe Colborne doesn't have. They're what Kirill Kabanov doesn't have. They're what so many prospects don't have.
It's really what makes players better. He's the first on the ice, last off it. He's always chatting with the coaches and he makes practices better for his teammates because he's always joking and goofing around with them. He glues teammates together. All you have to do is go back and read some of the articles from when he got sent down to when he got brought back up. He's ridiculously dedicated to his trade.
Sven could become a better player than MacKinnon for all we know. He's only 20 and was on pace for a 40+ point season. I'd rather hang on to him for now.
