McDavid is better than MacKinnon is right now and he is 2 years younger.

Nothing diabolical at play here, have just been following his trajectory for a long time, and am very confident that he will excel in the NHL. We haven't had a player with this sort of potential on the Flames' roster in a very long time, it saddens me to know that there are people on here too young to even remember what it's like to have an all-star Center on the Flames.
I remember what it was like to Joe Nieuwendyk, Doug Gilmour and Robert Reichel as our top 3 Centers and I miss that feeling.
