I still like Edler, at his worst he's good for 45-50 points going forward and solid defense and he's a top pairing guy on almost all teams in the league
but the Canucks need an injection up front, and of youth up front, and you need to give up value to get that, and their value is on D where even without Edler they still have a very good top 5 in Hamhuis/Garrison/Bieksa/Tanev/Corrado
