Gillies continues to age like a fine wine in Hockey East.
Taylor joins whatever AHL squad Irving signs with and beats him out of his starting job there too.
Defense:
Giordano, Wideman, Brodie remain in the top 3 rotation.
Cundari and Breen make the squad as rookies.
Babchuck walks, Carson does too.
Sarich, Butler and Smith fill out the backend roster.
Wotherspoon pulls a Brodie and plays 4 games to start the season before being send down to Abbotsford.

Ramo is high on Feaster's plans and will definately be over next year as Ramo has also expressed his desire to come over to us. Ramo has been a premiere goalie in the KHL with phenominal stats playing with talented professionals in the KHL. He might even be penciled in as the starter already with Joey Mac as the back-up.
Brossoit will be with Abby I believe with either Berra or Ortio- whomever impresses the most, and the loser goes back to Europe. Unless the Flames feel Brossoit needs one more year with his JR club, then Berra and Ortio will be in Abby. Only problem is, I believe they signed Taylor for another year so I'm not sure how this will factor in- sooner or later, one of these goalies have to be shopped because there just isn't any room for all of them.
Personally, I hope Butler is gone by next season and Breen makes the team. I'm not sure I am a fan of Tangs and his attitude anymore so I hope we can fetch something at the draft for him. I am still not a fan of Stajan- face-offs or not and hope we get something for him as well. I hope we let Jackman walk- he doesn't hardly fight anymore and IMO is just taking up valuable space and hardly chips in offensively anymore. I hope we keep Cammy for his leadership and offence- the team still needs some vets sprinkled in or else we will just be another Edmonton. I hope we give Cerkenka a fair chance- if he doesn't walk.
My wishlist of players:
Douglas Murray-D
Anton Volchenkov-D
Krejci- C
O'Reilly-C (yes, still- in Feb. of course)
Chris Stewart-R
Patrik Berglund-C
Wayne Simmonds-R
Derek Stepan-C (most likely untouchable now)
Mike Smith intrigues me a lot however, I believe he will ask too much $$ and term.
