When you look at the cost to upgrade picks that meaningless winning streak before we called up the farmhands was real expensive.
I don't think Feaster will be able to move up this year. Historically there's been a few trades but every time the teams trading down weren't sold on who was available. In a year like this where all the scouts are drooling over the top 4 it ain't happening unless you make a trade that would be so lopsided as to defeat the purpose (building a contender).
