The airline has been significantly downgrading the services it provides over the last couple years when it initially marketed itself as having those advantages over other airlines (AC) and then you call people princesses? All while maintaining their price point for less service?

Not a WJer at all, in fact I prefer AC to WJ for several reasons. However that said, there are lots of good reasons to be mad at AC as well, but one thing I will never, ever do is own stock of an airline in North America. The major cities are spread wide part, and to make Canada worse the population is sparse as hell. The US in particular is wildly competitive and you have a crazy cost structure you have support. All the while, people are steaming mad because they don't have a TV on one in every 8 flights while brand new airlines are blended into the fleet.
