In the seven years he has coached the Canucks they have made the playoffs six times. Yes his rosters have been talented but he certainly get's the teams to play well under him.
I'm not saying Hartley is a terrible coach but that AV has a better track record.

You do realize Bob Hartley has the better track record, right? He too has multiple division wins, a presidents trophy and consistently high GAA, AND a stanley Cup
