Joking or not, I heard it as a half joke, talking about where someone lives and how "they might not be living there much longer" after spending nearly 10 minutes chewing them out would be considered a threat to a lot of people I imagine. Joke or not, weather or not he intended it to be a threat or not, he should have been smart enough to know not to say it in the first place.
Melodramatic dude should have just kept his trap shut or taken the rest of the night off before posting anything that the public would hear/see.
