That Second one is really good value for what you're paying for. However, AMD is better known for a desktop processor than a laptop/notebook processor. Though my friend did not experience any problems with his AMD Turion 64 (pretty much completely different than an AMD sempron), I still think that Pentium M processors are the safer way to go.
