You're right in that it's not as "efficient", but I figure that the game, strictly speaking, never "ends" so even when I've hit level 500 (the highest level before which it becomes exceedingly difficult to level - 1billion XP per level or so, I think?) For me, it was mostly a matter of finding the game only about 8 weeks before our (already scheduled) Vegas trip, so I just needed to get as many LP as fast as possible. Now that the trip is over, I'm playing much more casually - a mix of slots and blackjack - and saving up LPs at whatever rate they come for whenever we go back :-)

I think I'm going to use the blackjack strategy. I've started betting 2 hands at 3k/hand, and it's going well so far. 2 hands is necessary, as it eliminates the handicap of the dealer not having to hit 17 after a bust.
As for the posted strategy, that only recommends $200/bet up to level 58, it's not complete. It doesn't take into account the daily spins and casino collection bonuses. The faster you get those, the more LP points you get from those bonuses every day/few hours. I haven't done the math, but it's not as simple as saying you get x LP points/spin.
