He is inconsistent and probably isn't the leader that could be our captain for many years. I have a feeling it could be Gio but I don't want him to be. I don't think it will help him, it might be too much responsibility at this point.

Fair, but his example which agreed is a time appropriate given we can all remember it, it's not a good example of the reasons Glencross shouldn't be captain. How many people did Sakic or Yzerman fight in their careers. The fact that Glencross missed a chance to throw down is irrelevant, he's stuck up for team mates in the past, so its also not a recent example of typical behaviour from him.
