Agreed. To add to that, even if they remain a "good" team for years to come, a few of the other teams around the league the last few years have stepped it up so much, that even the Canucks that went (dove) to the finals I think would have a pretty hard time handling the current Pens, Hawks or heck, even the Blues.
The Canucks are on a downhill slide with this core, they won't be more than average from here on out imo.
