Taking an hour bus to the game is bad, but what's worse is leaving the game, ginned up after a big win, and having absolutely no where to go, no bars, no restaurants, no shenanigans except for the sobering hour long bus ride back.
It literally makes you not want to go to the game. I understand you can drive there, but why do that when in Vancouver or Calgary I can just take the train and be right downtown.
Soctiabank Place or that arena is Kanata is about as epic fail as you can get.

Totally agree, they should definitely build a new taxpayer funded arena in a central location.
