At no point does anyone in the article suggest that this will get rid of Islamic terrorists. Obviously Muslim youth in europe feel a great deal of alienation from the european community; why wouldn't you want to make sure you aren't further alienating them with poorly chosen language that generalizes them as an enemy? Political correctness is an overused idea and unnecessary in so many facets of our society; but between a government and a fractious population where poor communication is already a problem, political correctness can be a useful initiative, though it has to be accompanied by the right actions (ie; a strong counterterrorism initiative and better assimilation of the minority groups).
