If you have three big centers in Monahan, Jankowski, and Gauthier the size issue on the rest of the roster really becomes inconsequential. Baertschi, Horak, Gaudreau, Hudler, etc on the wings not longer is that big of a pain point.

That would be a fantastic center lineup if they all pan out. Especially since Monahan & Gauthier can play physical.
I am a big fan of Janko, but I don't think he will ever have a physical edge, so I would also like a RW with a physical edge to play with him eventually.
