I believe Calgary will make a strong push to get into the top four. Not sure if Nashville has interest in Tanguay (logic is that they need scoring and getting a player signed for a few years who can play top 6 and PP is valuable to them).

Feaster has mentioned that teams who are hard up against the salary and internal caps will be looking to get out and also that they may be looking to reacquire 1sts has me thinking that STL is a prime target. They need to sign Pietrangelo, Shattenkirk, Berglund, and Stewart. I think Stewart is most likely to be moved with Tarasenko able to be a top six RW.

Regehr is post-apex but we need size, defensive competence, grit, and leadership. Not much out there in free agency and I think he can still improve our pk and play hard minutes against top guys better than our current D.
