I remember reading this and I not believing that someone could get away with printing it. I guess the fact that it is the sun made it a little more believable. Honestly, IMO it is this kind of article that leads to what ended up coming out in the blogs and forums. There is a lot of reading between the lines and insinuation going on. I think Burke would be better served destroying Simmmons and The Sun through backhanded means. What he is doing feels like legal bullying to me.
