If you polled the league he'd probably be top 3 as I feel I was conservative at top 5. Blysma's only issue is that coaching can't make up for bad goaltending which has hurt the Penguins in the playoffs.
It's hard to win the cup so I don't base winning the cup as the sole indicator of a good coach as AV in Vancouver IMO is one of the best coaches in the league and he has no Stanley Cups. I look at consistency every year in the regular season as IMO it's a bigger grind and a hot team can win in the playoffs like the Devils did last year. IMO Barry Trotz and Dave Tippet are also top NHL coaches and would place them ahead of say Randy Carlyle who has won a cop.
