If they used those exact words? No I wouldn't, because it'd be obvious that they didn't want to take the guy that I want and therefor it'd be a waste of a first. If they pitched it absent any information at all I'd consider it, maybe counter with the Pens pick if I didn't want to rol the dice on Barkov falling an extra spot.
