Potential to come out of the draft with a franchise C or W plus a solid potential top 6. Now if STL goes on a tear in the playoffs, and their pick is in the late 20s instead of around 20th, you'd probably need to add more.

I can't see Tampa re-acquiring Tanguay at any discounted price after the his spectacular performance with them the first time.
