MPS is probably the closest to a high end bust but he was 10th so not sure he qualifies for what you are talking about.

IMO, I don't think MPS is a bust at all. He was projected to be a first/second line guy on the Oilers before the likes of Taylor Hall/Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Yakupov came along.
If the oilers hadn't tanked or sucked those years and went got a middle draft pick, he would have been used differently. From a guy who know was known to score goals and be that potential first line player to a defensive forward who now plays on third line, what a drop off, eh..... Edmonton does not know how to utilize it's players.
