Depends what you mean by high end. There have been a lot of 1st round picks that have busted but lately there have been so few top 10 picks especially forwards from Sweden that you are right it looks like the few have turned out, although too early to say on Zibindejad (sp?).
MPS is probably the closest to a high end bust but he was 10th so not sure he qualifies for what you are talking about.
