What I do not like is if your battery is dead you have to connect the 7 pin to bring it up enough to attach the trailer to your hitch. I left a light on and went through this a few weeks ago which is why I installed the battery shut off.

I have the power jack, my trailer is a bit high and needs a lot of turns for the tongue jack, so the power jack works well - lazy as well.
For the stabilizers, again, because it's so high, I use a nut driver attachment on my cordless drill. Then use the manual jack to snug it up or down.
