Baertschi wasn't more skilled and talented than Comeau?????? He also is significantly more skilled player than Stempniak or Stajan or as it turned out this year Cammalleri?
He got sent down as Tanguay, Cammalleri, Hudler, Cervenka, were taking up all the small guy minutes.
The only forwards with grit were Iginla and Glencross and Comeau.... and they had their hands full playing with 3-4 undersized shy guys on every one of their shifts ..... a lot of time when they were on the ice there would be no one on the ice on their team who would have their back.
( 4th liners Jackman and Begin don't count as possible Baertschi linemates and mentors.
