Why bother announcing the remaining picks?
In the past, they've only announced the top 5.

If he announces that Carolina has the #5 pick, then we'll know that one of the top 4 teams won the lottery, and every fan of the teams not in the top 4 can turn off their TVs. The other fans can stay tuned in until either their team's name is announced in the position it should be (meaning they didn't win), or not announced (meaning they won, and the rest of the announcements are moot).

If he announces Nashville has the #5 pick, then we'll know that one of the 5-14 teams won the lottery and they'll still waste everyone's time by announcing that Tampa will pick #4; Colorado will pick #3; and Florida will pick #2, before actually telling people what they want to know.

Either way, it's a stupid waste of a half hour of tv time for something that can just be announced in a tweet. I don't know why anyone would actually watch the whole show when the only important moment will happen with about 30 seconds left.
