If you look at the precedents set by previous deals for top 3 picks I don't actually think that you would need much more than 2 first rounders. Check out the deals Burke pulled off for the Sedins when he was in Vancouver & Pronger in Hartford. Perhaps the value of picks has sky-rocketed since then, & we obviously dont have a Gandolf-level trade wizard like Burke at the helm, but IMO Feaster has all the tools he needs going into this draft to make some waves.
