I do the video game rage thing too. Although, nowhere near as bad as when I was a teen.

I pick my scabs. Can't control myself, don't know how to stop doing it. Now that I'm diabetic it takes even longer for scabs to heal. I'm going to have pretty ugly looking legs and arms when I reach wrinkly skin age.
