You sound like a kid complaining that he didnt get what he wanted for Christmas. It's not even that you're wrong, it's that you're so unflinchingly negative about a situation that has no practical solution. Nobody WANTS to draft Lindholm or Monohan over Mac, jones or Barkov. But we also realize there's no point in bitching about it because there's nothing whatsoever that can be done to change that. And we're on a two game losing streak. So. Happy day.

I have rarely commented on it and certainly haven't been close to one of the more vocal posters when it comes to this. I don't think I have really said anything close to the phrase in quotes either. I am frustrated that we won't get a much needed top 3 pick but I also have said I have no problem, anger or hate towards what the Flames players or team is doing. They are doing exactly what they as a team should be doing.
I am not bitching about anything in this thread just pointing out that it is wrong to say there isn't a much bigger gamble drafting 6/7/8 than 1/2/3.
