I dont' care about any of that, except the seat. Even then if it's 31" pitch within N. America I'm usually ok, and I'm a couple inches over 6 feet. I pay for a drink/snack everywhere else I go if I want one, so I don't know why a plane would b e different. Basically, get me from point A to point B with a minimum amount of hassle and discomfort. I don't like checking in twice and not being able to check in online/select a seat in advance (even though I was willing to pay).Westjet's codeshares are great in the short term, but they're delivering a terrible experience to the new customer's they're generating in terms of inconvenience, so those customers are unlikely to come back.
