Business travelers will only try connecting on Westjet once, most likely. I've flown on them twice in the last year, both on codeshare's connecting. (I never would have booked the 2nd one, but Delta changed my flight after I booked it to include a Westjet leg). The experience is terrible. Their IT systems aren't up the task, which really hurts the customer service.
