I think it is possible Iginla ends up an Oiler. Teams like Pittsburgh will probably have trouble fitting his salary in. Plus it brings him closer to Kelowna. He is from St Albert.
That said, I don't think it is likely. I don't think he wants to join Calgary's rival or deal with the controversy. Plus, does he really see Edmonton that can win a cup in the next two seasons?
