In a nutshell, a guy spends $50,000+ to fly his family of five to Australia over Christmas in Executive Class. One of the seats doesn't recline at all, which essentially makes it pointless to have spent $10,000 on the seat. He asks for a refund or some recompense. All Air Canada gave him was a future travel voucher for $500.
Have fun on Air Canada

First. World. Problems.
I have no sympathy for someone who spends $50k for his family to fly. Dude should have just used a private jet at that price. Better yet, put one of your kids on the broken chair; I doubt they're tall enough anyways to enjoy a reclined seat. I guess the ludicrously generous legroom and filet mignon dinners didn't bridge the complaint gap either.
