Well they always allowed you to pre-book seats at a cost, which was fine. I have not problem with that.

But when you check in and the seat is free, I don't think someone should have to pay $45 for it.

But with the amount of leg room they are giving out now in their standard seats - it is completely appauling. My mom is 5'6 and 110 lbs - she says she feels "uncomfortable" in the seats and her knees rub against the seat in front of her.

It's completely out of hand because some moron with an MBA decided to crunch a couple of numbers and decide that putting x number of seats in an airplane was better for business with absolutely zero respect for their customers or any idea of how that will impact them long term.

I've flown Chinese / Japanese airlines with more leg room than these coffins.
