Wild Take Game 5
Its unfamiliar territory for Minny.
Typically the Wild find themselves trailing 3-2 after Game 5 of a playoff series.
However, for once, the situation is reversed and the team will have a chance to close out a series in Game 6, instead of trying to hang on.
Game 5 was an unusual tilt for these two teams that usually play things very tight, as the Wild picked up the 6-1 win.
Jason Spezza had 3 points, a big night for the young centre who has suffered through an inconsistant playoff. GM Farhall says the team needs him.
"Jason was big for us tonight and we need him to play like that for the rest of this series. He's a big player for us. The Flames are not going to go down easy and they are going to be playing desperate hockey on Monday. We need all our horses going."
