So, out of curiosity, is there an age limit on this kind of thing? Like, can anyone just saddle up to this bar with a pocket full of toonies? Dammit, I don't want to go all the way to the pet store and then all the way back downtown to City Hall again. It'll probably be closed by then anyway. Hmm, maybe I should call and ask for the hours for that department. Oh wait, I don't know the department... oh yeah, that's why I want to go to City Hall in the first place.
