I was given the opprotunity for a sneak peak, and this book is simply amazing.

Anyone who has followed MobilityWOD will know what I'm talking about. Kelly is the absolute best source when it comes to ANY kind of pain/soreness problem.

Not to mention he is in my opinion the best weightlifting coach on the planet, and has personally helped me tweak my squatting form to help me go from a 320# squat to a 385# squat in 4 weeks using the Smolov Base Cycle.

Must, must, must read if you're into ANY kind of fitness program.
I think you mean "I haven't tried everything, but this worked pretty good for me"...this review is a little over the top. Ditto for smolov.
