I voted for the following:

Seinfeld
Justified
The Wire
The Office (American)
Spartacus
Archer (haven't seen either)
Fresh Prince
Sherlock (never seen either honestly)
The Simpsons
Arrested Development
The Sopranos
Band of Brothers
Buffy
South Park
Boardwalk Empire
M*A*S*H

The two toughest choices were Justified over Dexter and The Office over Fringe. I've grown quite an appreciation for what Justified has been able to do in just four seasons. It really doesn't have highs or lows, but instead offers a steady stream of quality entertainment. Meanwhile with Dexter you have a few great seasons, than a couple that were pretty poor.

Then with Fringe vs. The Office, I find that The Office is really the only current sitcom I bother to watch more often than not anymore. There are a couple of characters I dislike on the show (particularly Ed Helms as Andy), but I figured it deserved the vote. I still haven't seen the last few episodes of Fringe, so that might have changed my vote if I had seen them.
