Im kinda actually surprised about how hard it is to tank....since the deadline and with all the injuries are lineup has been absolutely depleted. They played Macdonald on many nights when you would think Kipper would draw in and yet they still have a harder time losing games with a worse lineup then they did with their season starting lineup.
When you know your season is done, your farm team is done, you have major injuries and your direction is to go with more youth what else would be expected for the last few games? Time to give guys a good long look, they had next to no training camp to come up and compete for spots, no exhibition games so seeing more baby Flames now could also be looked upon as trying to make up for everything else that was missed this year. Its a very key off season for many of our younger palyers so they really need this time to learn and understand what they will have to do to make the team next year.
