If they want to shed that losing culture they need to quit promoting within

MacT was a decent coach then they get Quinn and start to suck. Fire Quinn promote Renney his top assistant, fire Renney promote Kruger his top assistant. The culture stays the same. Fire Tambi bring in the old coach to GM.
