^ I agree for the most part. As long as there's hope in the team, artificial or not, Toronto fans will come out. They're very swayed by the possibility of a particular player breaking out. Interest in the Raptors this year has been pretty lackluster though, so I wouldn't take it for granted that fans will show up because this year there were incentives left, right and centre.
