I use a Real Estate Agent.
I put up advertisements around my neighbourhood.
Phone up friends and ask them to call 10 Friends asking them if they know of anyone that needs a place.
I advertise in Homes & Land
I leverage Social Media and tweet about the place and use Facebook.

Oh wait.....Rentfaster & Kijiji??? Whats that?
