Alex Jones and his ilk were absolutely repugnant during the Sandy Hook Massacre, including accusations of fake families and fake deaths.

They were idiotic during 9/11 with bizarre guesses and utter garbage theories

And they are ramping up another tragedy to sell books and pamphlets to the gullible.

Fear Mongering is not needed at this time.
I think you're the one who should check your facts.

Jones never insinuated the fake families/deaths stuff about Sandy Hook. He is suspicious of it in general but hasn't commited to claiming it didn't happen. That stuff largely came from other alternative news sites, but don't let that stop you from ignorantly bundling all of them together.

The reason you have all these "conspiracy" questions around is because of a corrupt government that most Americans don't trust (eg. Iraq war, Fast&Furious etc.)

Only pathetic, weak people are "frightened" by other perspectives whether it is right or wrong.

It should be pretty concerning when you have a government that exploits any tragedy to grab more power from the people in the name of "security". What now? Naked body scanners/TSA on every corner?

I would say CNN/MSNBC are doing a fine job of scaring Americans by speculating that some lone wolf tea party conservative is hiding behind every corner with a bomb.
