There's 2 very conflicting opinions I've heard on here and I'm curious for input. I've read a lot of people who talk about the importance of team culture and also that we need to draft BPA. So how do you accommodate both of these ideas? Draft people who fit the culture, or define your teams culture based on draftees? Or is it a mix of both where you develope and assimilate prospects to fit the team and in turn build around them?
