If he is handled right I could see Gaudreau panning out to be a Patrick Kane whom some of his coaches have compared him to if I'm recalling correctly. I think that is his ceiling.
Baertschi, I'd be thrilled if he could turn into a Jiri Lehtenen for us, I think he has that two way ability in his game. To me that would be the ideal projection for Baertschi.
Horak, he's a tough guy to pin point to a specific player and it's shocking to think hes already almost a hundred games in. A lighter version of Erat is what I would really like to see.
Brodie to me has the makings of a solid top 4 offensive D, I'd like him to turn into a better version of Wideman. He's shown he can wreck smaller players too like he did to Parise last year, he just needs to gain the confidence to shoot more to get his offensive game to the next level.
Hanowski is way to early to pass a judgement on yet. I like the thought of Hartnell as someone said cause of his hair in another thread. He has the size and strength from the little I've seen he just needs to translate his game to the NHL speed.
Backlund is projecting at the same pace as Kessler without the ######baggery, I've said that for the last 2 years numerous times. I believe he breaks out next year under a bigger role.
Reinhart to me has shutdown line center written all over him, he could be that guy who plays 18 to 20 minutes slowing down the top line and making life hard for them. That's his ceiling IMO, if they ease him in right he could mature into that type of role over the rebuild. A little less offensively present as a Brandon Sutter is what I hope for.
