The accusations against guys who are doing nothing other than being in public while brown are disgusting, but I don't think the FBI minds people pointing out a guy standing beside one of the victims while wearing a backpack that looks like the one the bomber used. They probably would have spotted that anyway, but they're not perfect and easily could have taken much more time to do so. Having more eyes on the photos can't hurt as long as those eyes are looking for something more than skin color.
