Last night I was feeling like some steak, but hadn't set up my new bbq yet. So, I decided to use the method in the video above. Used certified angus beef striploins for this recipe and followed it exactly as shown.
The verdict: wow is it ever good. Never could have imagined that it would be that good honestly. If you have never tried this, do it. I am definitely a BBQ guy, so I was sceptical that this would turn out as good as on the grill, but man was I wrong.
