He has a backpack that is similar to the one that exploded and he appears to be their alone (as opposed to family or something like that). That is 100% enough reason for the police to try and find him to ask him a few questions.
Again, no one besides law officials should be trying to actually find this guy but I have no problem with people looking at pictures on their own and doing their stupid little MS Paint descriptions. Until the vigilantie aspect of this goes past that point, I'm all for it.

Like I said earlier, if you were there, on that day, in that vicinity, you should expect to have to talk to cops and appear in these photos anyways. Bad luck but that's how it is.
