No its not. If you have a guy you had rated higher and he's falling those 5 spots WILL make a difference, not having to sit and wait those 5 selections to see if the guy falls further or you give up and asset to move up. Vice versa if you have the 25th and another team wants to move up to get a free falling guy then you've just added an extra asset.
