7 Games, 1 goal, three assists. Certainly not lighting it up stats wise.
Anybody watching him have some insight?

Iggy doesn't need to light it up. That was his job here in Calgary. He was the focal point of the offense and as he went, the team went.
In Pittsburgh he doesn't have to carry the team on his back. He's not the main focal point of the offense. The team doesn't go as he goes. From what I've seen, he plays hard, plays physical, and he gets his chances. We all know Iggy, once a couple go in he can easily become the hottest scorer in the league. He's also 35 so I don't expect him to become a ppg player even with Malkin or Crosby.
However in the playoffs, I think he will kick it into high gear. He'll be flanking Crosby's wing and he will be hungry for playoff success. I think that will be the final measurement of how he is doing.
