St Louis has slipped to 11th with their 2 losses. They look to be headed for a 10th to 12th place finishing. But there is still hope that they could end up 13th or 14th.
If they were to finish maybe 12th, and then a couple of lower teams make the conference finals, we could still be looking at a pick in the 16 - 18 range. That's probably best-case, realistic scenario. And I would be very happy with that - anything in the high teens would be awesome. And 19-21 is probably the realistic view.
